Shipping Information

We offer standard courier delivery at no additional cost.

All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand

Your order will be processed within 2 business days and delivery to take 2-5 business days. These are time estimates and can change. However we will do our utmost to get our products to you quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that there may be a (small) chance you don't like our shoes or the size isn't right etc. So for whatever reason we offer free returns and exchange for another product. We will allow one free exchange, any further exchanges will incur additional shipping cost at the buyer's expense.

To initiate a return, login to your account to file a return request and we will review this within 1-3 business days.

Conditions apply:

1. Time Frame:  We offer 30 days return from the date of purchase as part of our return policy.

2. Condition: Shoes should be unworn, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition for returns to be accepted.

3. Refund Options: We can provide a full-refund or an exchange for a different size or style.

4. Return Shipping: We (Birchbury NZ) will cover the cost of return shipping. You must first initiate a return request for us to approve and provide courier label.

5. Restocking Fees: We do not charge a fee for returns; however if shoes are damaged or in an un-sellable new state, we will charge a fee.

6. Warranty: We do not offer warranty on our shoes but we assure our shoes are free from manufacturing defects. We have strict quality controls in place and orders are checked before being shipped. If there is an issue, please contact us at hello@birchbury.co.nz and we will assist best we can.

7. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided or we may decline your request.

8. Exceptions:  Final sale items are non-returnable.
